As said, this format is fine. You have done a great job of outlining all the key stuff – and there is a lot of it – in the document. You may want to add a brief statement or two of things you found more valuable, or questions, or thoughts on the reading. I do understand that none of this is rocket science, but there are a lot of concepts and ideas.
