Jambo! I am Kelli and I am SUPER excited to immerse myself in East African Culture this semester! I absolutely love learning and I am sure that all the experiences I have in Tanzania will help me understand the material in my classes more as well as help me apply the course material to every day life. At Ohio Wesleyan University I am a double major in Politics & Government and Black World Studies; I also only have 1 more class to finish until I have a minor in biology! I am most excited for my internship at the Tanzania Women Lawyers Association! I plan on attending law school after undergrad, so I truly believe that this internship will help me begin to get familiar with the field. I am so lucky that I am able to have this opportunity and I will cherish every moment of it! Asante Sana!
