- Make arrangements to pack a lunch on Saturday, or pick up your student to provide lunch and bring them to their concert.

Festival Participation Fee
A $90 festival fee per student is due by January 13, 2025 and can be paid via online portal or mailed by check.
Failure to pay by this date will forfeit a student’s spot in the music festival.
Fees cover expenses for all music purchases, festival conductors, clinicians, and staff, as well as

- Two dining hall buffet meals (lunch and dinner) for students on Friday, 2/15/25
- Commemorative Festival T-Shirt
- Rehearsals with expert ensemble conductors
- Masterclass sectionals with applied faculty
Online Payment
Payments for one student or multiple students can be paid via online portal HERE.
When paying online, please write in the name of the student your payment is for and indicate which ensemble they’re participating in.
