OWU and OhioHealth are pleased to announce that Kara Shroff has joined the Student Health Center as its new Director.
A Nurse Practitioner, Kara has been a Registered Nurse with OhioHealth since 2010 and has experience working with college students at Otterbein University. Prior to joining OhioHealth, Kara served as the Director of Nursing for Planned Parenthood of Central Ohio.
Kara earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati, a BS in Nursing from Capital University, and an MS in Family Practice Nursing from Otterbein.
Kara replaces Marsha Tilden, who has served as the Director of the OWU Student Health Center for over 21 years. We will miss Marsha and wish her a healthy and happy retirement!
