Virtual Yoga for Your Mental Health Begins 9/1/20 every Tuesday during lunchtime from 12:10- 12:50 pm via Zoom.
Yoga has been shown to positively benefit mental health concerns, including stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Come destress for this 40-minute slow flow hatha practice taught by Shayla Krecklow LPCC RYT-200. Attendance is free and the class will be held virtually over Zoom.
You can attend every week or drop in for one class anytime during the semester. If you are wanting to attend this week’s class, please fill out the form, even if you have attended previous classes. The link will be sent out to individuals who have filled out the form that week.
