As per the new Motor Pool policy, listed on the Transportation webpage of the OWU website, please place your van reservations no less than three to five (3-5) business days before use. If there is a last minute reservation, it will be up to the discretion of the Motor Pool if the request will be fulfilled. If there are no OWU fleet vans available and there is no time to reach out to an outside vendor, your request will not be fulfilled.
