Hey all, Did you know we have an Upcycling Center right here on campus? The Upcycling Center at OWU is a creative reuse space that accepts donations of items that can be reused to create one-of-a-kind works of art.
I know we all have a lot of stuff lying around that we don’t use anymore. So, I encourage you to donate your old office supplies to the Upcycling Center! We accept various items, including 3-ring binders, file folders, empty containers, and foam poster boards. This is a great way to keep things out of the landfill and help the environment. The Upcycling Center is located in Haycock Hall. Our fall hours are:
- Tuesdays, 1-4 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 5-7 p.m.
- Thursdays, 1-4 p.m.
For more information, visit owu.edu/upcycling, email upcycling@owu.edu, or call 740-368-3609. Thanks for helping to make OWU a more sustainable campus! Note: The Upcycling Center is a great resource for students, faculty, and staff. Please help spread the word!
