Please review the following guidelines to help improve consistency and reliability of the new touchless payment scanners at AVI dining locations.
Students are strongly encouraged to use the GET Mobile app for touchless payment at AVI dining locations. You can download the GET Mobile app for Apple or Android https://helpdesk.owu.edu/apps-and-systems/owu-specific-apps-and-systems/owumobile/
For students who are unable to install or run the GET Mobile app, the barcode on the front side of the student ID card may be used for touchless payment.
Students who have installed the GET app should avoid using their campus ID for touchless payment. The barcode generated by the GET app temporarily overrides and invalidates the barcode printed on the ID card.
