Tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 13, from 1-2 p.m. in Merrick 201, Chris Edwards, our Client Success Executive, and staff from Ultra Product Development, will be on hand to listen, answer questions, and provide status updates for the Ultra course view in Blackboard Learn. Bring your questions, concerns, and complaints. Blackboard has received a lot of feedback from us, and many other clients. Accordingly, they’ve already implemented many improvements, and they have many enhancements to the Ultra product on their road map. Come, share, and learn more.
You’re welcome to send comments to the Help Desk if you cannot be there, but would like to ask questions or provide your own input. Information Services staff will also be there, to represent those who can’t make it, and to help facilitate.
