Dear Students,
The deadline to withdraw from the University is TODAY, Tues., April 23 at 5 p.m. Application for Departure forms, available here https://www.owu.edu/academics/office-of-the-registrar/forms/, must be completed, signed by all parties, and returned to the Registrar’s Office prior to the deadline.
Per the 2018-2019 Catalog:
“Withdrawal within the last week of classes or during final exams will result automatically in marks of F in all courses.”
This deadline does not apply to students who wish to complete Spring term and withdraw from Fall semester. If this is your intention, please note this on your application.
