FREE Yoga for Your Mental Health is today, Jan. 15, at 5:15 p.m. in the Chapel on third floor of Hamilton-Williams Campus Center.
Yoga has been shown to positively benefit mental health concerns, including stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Come destress for this hour-long slow flow, hatha practice taught by Shayla Krecklow LPCC. Attendance is free and limited to 25 students. Mats are provided and no sign up is needed.
