Come to the Creative Arts House to help create an artsy gift basket! Just in time for the gift giving season, colored pencils, paints, crayons, and drawing pads will be placed in gift baskets that will be donated to the local Common Grounds Free Store Ministry for those who are either homeless or on low income. Because art supplies can be expensive, CAH wants to send the message that creative expression should not have to be limited to a price tag and that all should be treated equally in Delaware county’s growing arts community. The event will take place today from 4-6 p.m. and will include filling the baskets and decorating them in holiday and seasonal themes. The Creative Arts House is located on 123 Oak Hill Ave.
