If so, please send a message to helpdesk@owu.edu with the following information, (if you haven’t done so already.)
-The course(s) you’d like to use Examity in
-The names and dates of any tests you’d like to have proctored
-If there are any special instructions and/or students with accommodations
Examity needs at least 48 hours to get everything else set up on their end, and have asked for more advance notice than that.
It’s also recommended that you have students take a low stakes quiz or practice exam in Examity, to add their ID and other items to their account, as well as get acclimated with the process and the system–before taking a high stakes exam with them.
