Temporary Incomplete Grades Due: Feb. 13

Did you assign one or more Temporary Incompletes for your Fall 2025 courses? If so, here is important information you need to know:

  • Students must submit all outstanding work for these course(s) to their instructor(s) by Jan. 30, 2026 (unless they have petitioned for and received a further extension from the Academic Status Committee).
  • Students and instructors should have a clear plan for completing the remaining coursework.
  • After students submit their remaining coursework, instructor(s) must submit the updated final grade(s) by Feb. 13, 2026.
  • If the Temporary Incomplete(s) are not resolved by Feb. 13, 2026, the grade(s) will automatically convert to an “F” grade unless a formal extension petition has been approved by the Academic Status Committee (ASC).
