When you graduate, you have the opportunity to convert your student BishopApps account to alumni Email-for-Life, which preserves all your data. If you don’t do this, ALL of your data may be DELETED.
If you’ve created any Google Docs or Sheets for a department or program, transfer ownership to a faculty or staff member, or a departmental BishopApps account, BEFORE you graduate. If necessary, Information Services can transfer ownership of ALL of a user’s files in bulk. Simply send a request to the Help Desk. [Use Team Drive!]
