Attach documents, spreadsheets, presentations and other resources you want to discuss to a Google Calendar event such as reports, notes, presentation slides or other materials. This allows invitees and guests to look through relevant files before the event so they can come prepared and find items that were discussed during past meetings. Both Google services (docs, sheets, etc) and regular Word or Excel sheets can be attached.
In order to attach a file to an event in Calendar:
In Calendar, create or open an event.
In the Add description section, click Attach.
Select a file and click SAVE.
