And that gifts to OWU are cross referenced for biographic updates, updates are entered, and each gift has proper documentation attached within the database.

The Intern will gain skills in critical thinking, attention to detail; task prioritization, time management and teamwork as they move from the classroom into the job market. Additionally, the Intern will gain/strengthen their computer knowledge of excel, google docs/forms, Raiser’s Edge NXT and Give Campus as well as learn how to automate processes for efficiency.

The Summer Research Intern collects data for prospective donors to the university and helps to update the donor database. The Intern will learn about the role research plays in university advancement, what prospect research is, and how using data can impact relationships and giving. The intern will receive a broad overview to these concepts and university advancement.
