All students wanting to park on OWU property must display a current parking permit. The permit application is located at www.tocite.net/viewpermit.
Parking enforcement for all academic lots will begin Wednesday, August 22, at 6 a.m.
Parking enforcement for the west side of campus (all residential lots) will begin Wednesday, August 29, at 5 p.m. Parking permits must be properly displayed and vehicles parked in authorized spaces by this time to avoid citation.
While full residential lot enforcement does not being until August 29, please note that vehicles parked in reserved spaces, fire lanes, and other non-B or C parking spaces are subject to citation and applicable fines effective immediately.
