Please note: First-year students may select only C or D permits.
All permits must be purchased online. We strongly encourage you to submit an application as soon as possible so that your permit is ready when you arrive on campus. To apply, visit http://www.tocite.net/owu/viewpermit. All students who plan to park on university property must register their vehicle and display an OWU parking permit.
