The OWU Office of Public Safety is looking to hire a Student Office Assistant – Dispatcher for the 2021 – 2022 Academic Year

The Public Safety Department is seeking a student to assist day to day operations of the office. Required work hours are Mondays & Wednesdays (11:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.)
Job Duties: This student employee position will work in the main office and answer phones (both the university switchboard calls and the main Public Safety line) and direct calls as needed. Additional responsibilities include filing, processing parking permits, responding to questions, running errands, etc.
Required Skills / Qualifications: Student Employees interested in applying should possess a valid driver’s license and be knowledgeable of common office equipment use, such as: printers / copiers and phones with multiple lines. This position will require the student employee to have excellent customer service skills and to show great attention to detail.
