Spring Yoga!

Feel like you need a planned reason to pause throughout the week? Join us in Edwards Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12-1 p.m. (we actually don’t start until 12:10). Stop saying this time you’ll commit, just move your TR 12 p.m. meetings to MWF and all your problems will solve themselves! Beginner-friendly, all props provided, wear comfy workout clothing.
