The OWU community is invited to attend “Fall Into Health,” a FREE family-friendly event from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at the Unity Community Center, 50A Ross St., Delaware.
The event will include:

- Cooking Matters Demos, 12:15, 1:15 & 2:15 p.m.
- Exercise Demos, 12:45, 1:45 & 2:45 p.m.
- Line Dancing, 12:30, 1:30 & 2:30 p.m.
- Yoga, 1 & 2 p.m.
- Kids Crafts
- Bike Safety
- Falls Prevention
- Neuro Rehab
- Food Trucks
The event is brought to by SourcePoint, OWU’s Department of Health and Human Kinetics, Age-Friendly Delaware County, City of Delaware, Connections Volunteer Center, Delaware Public Health District, HelpLine, OhioHealth, and Unity Community Center.
