Join us for the first meeting of the College Democrats of Ohio Wesleyan in HWCC Room 304 on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 6 p.m.!
We are a casual political and civic engagement club, focused on the Democratic Party and its ideals (although we are not officially affiliated with the party). We believe that we can become better leaders, citizens, and individuals by being engaged in our local and national community.
Our goal is not to change the world, but rather to change and grow ourselves. We focus on staying actively informed about current events, engaging with our community, participating in both local and state/federal politics, and volunteering to make a meaningful difference.
Some of our events will include our biweekly organizational meetings, recent event discussion nights, fundraising/donation drives, civic engagement workshops, social events, letter-writing campaigns, and so, so much more! We hope to have you join us this year!
