A sophomore at OWU is researching a new housing model designed to help recent graduates transition into homeownership sooner. The idea, GradHaus™, would offer small, independent homes near campus where alumni can live after graduation while setting aside part of their rent (around $10k–$14k) to use toward a future down payment.
