Every year, the Sustainability Task Force organizes May Move Out, bringing pods from Goodwill to collect items that students might otherwise throw away at the end of the semester. Goodwill can collect microwaves, electronics, clothes, furniture, and more to provide for people in need.
This can’t happen unless we have volunteers who will monitor the bins to make sure nothing goes in that shouldn’t, and can divert students away from dumpsters and towards the pods if they have something that can still be used! Volunteers who wish also have the option to stay on campus through graduation for free!
