Report a Problem submissions are reviewed during business hours Monday through Friday. For urgent issues – including a fire, medical, or police emergency, or a serious in-progress crime – CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. Do not use the Report a Problem form.
For issues that require prompt Public Safety or building maintenance attention, such as a room lockout or broken water pipe, CONTACT PUBLIC SAFETY 24 hours a day at 740-368-2222. Do not use the Report a Problem form.
If your issue traditionally has required completion of a Buildings & Grounds service request, including an account number for any charges, continue to USE THE B&G FORM accessible via the myOWU gateway.
