Join us on April 23 from 12 – 1 pm via Zoom for a discussion on Race and Ethnicity Terminology.
Terms and definitions are ever-evolving and changing and often mean different things to different people. They are provided as a starting point for discussion and understanding. This program will walk participants through commonly used terms relating to race and ethnicity.
The program will be facilitated by Dawn Chisebe, Interim Chief Diversity Officer. Dawn is a lecturer in Black World Studies at Ohio Wesleyan and teaches the Black Women and Feminisms course each Spring for the Women’s and Gender Studies Program.
This event is open to parents, students, alumni, staff, and faculty. It is an open space to ask questions.
