PSYC 110 Online This Summer

The Psychology Department is offering PSYC 110 as a 5-week asynchronous online course this summer. If you are thinking of majoring or minoring, trying to get ahead on competency requirements, or catching up on credits, this course is a great option.

PSYC 110 surveys the different approaches within psychology that seek to describe, predict, and explain both human and animal behavior. Specific areas covered include history and research methodologies, development, the brain and nervous system, sensation and perception, learning and memory, motivation and emotion, personality, stress and coping, behavior disorders and their treatment, and social behavior.
