Germs are something we all work to avoid. When you workout in a gym you are sweating a lot, and germs are everywhere. However, it is easy to avoid them by using simple hygiene methods. Wiping down equipment before and after use helps keep sweat off of the machines, using towels to wipe your own sweat away also helps you cool down. Taking showers–or at least washing your hands–right after a workout will dramatically help keep germs away as well.
