To accommodate a crane on campus, Edwards Drive will be closed from the Elliott Hall ADA parking spaces east to the Schimmel/Conrades Science Center parking lot beginning at 10 p.m. Sunday, April 28, and continuing through Monday, April 29. The ADA spaces will remain accessible from South Sandusky Street, and the science center lot will be accessible from Wilmer Street.
The closure will accommodate a staging area for the crane, which is needed as part of a boiler installation at the science center. During the work, nearby sidewalk access may be temporarily restricted and the science center’s lower-level southwest doors blocked. The installation will improve the building’s climate and comfort for all who use it.
