The first row of the lower tier of the Hamilton-Williams lot — the spaces facing the building — will be reserved from 11 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, through 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1. Please move all vehicles from the area before 11 p.m. today.
