We’re thrilled to share an inspiring opportunity to tap into your creativity through a stained glass and/or batik workshop, guided by renowned artist Pia Douglas. Offered by the OWL Program at Ohio Wesleyan University, these classes are open to anyone 18 and older—no prior experience required!
- Projects:
- Stained Glass: Create a beautiful orchid piece (pot and soil/stones not included).
- Batik: Design a hand-printed cloth with your chosen pattern.
- Class Size: Limited to 15 participants for stained glass and 10 for batik. Registration is first-come, first-served.
Workshop Details
- Instructor: Pia Douglas, Artist
- Stained Glass: Mon & Tue, Jan 26-27, 5:00-8:00 pm (attendance required both days)
- Batik: Mon & Tue, Feb 9-10, 5:00-8:00 pm (attendance required both days)
- Location: OWU campus (exact location shared via email before class)
- Fees: Stained Glass $75 Batik $55
- The stained glass workshop is offered at a reduced fee due to the generosity of a grant from Delaware County Foundation.
Payment Options:
- On campus: cash or check
- Online: credit card or bank account (processing fee applies)
