Open Enrollment Runs Through May 31

OWU Benefit Eligible Employees – The Open Enrollment Portal is OPEN!

Reminder that our next benefit plan year is effective for the benefit plan year from July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026.

There are no changes to benefit providers or plan design. This is a passive enrollment meaning all of your current benefit enrollments will be moved forward to the new benefit year with the exception of FSA, Flex Medical, Flex Limited Purpose, and Flex Dependent Care – you will need to actively enroll in these plans for 2025-2026.

You’re invited to view a previously recorded information session on the HR webpage or join us May 28 for our final virtual session to inform eligible employees about your OWU healthcare plan and benefit offerings!

To review or change your benefit elections or deduction information:

–  Log on to My OWU Single Sign-On to access ADP and look at your current benefit elections, your Health Savings Account, or your Flex Spending Account contributions.

–  If you don’t want to make any changes, do nothing.  Your elections will remain the same for the next benefit plan year.

–  Log in to ADP to make any changes you need.  Changes must be in ADP no later than May 31, 2025.

–  Changes will be reflected in the new benefit plan year effective July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026!
