Ombuds Services provides the opportunity for staff and faculty to share challenges they are facing at Ohio Wesleyan through an informal and confidential process. Together we will explore options that are available or might be considered to address these challenges. These options may range from the visitor taking action to the ombuds facilitating conversations among individuals or groups to the ombuds seeking clarification and better understanding of the situation, but only with the permission of the visitor. The ombuds acts independently of Ohio Wesleyan administration and advocates for fair practice for all involved.
