I am looking for an off-campus roommate for 126 S. Franklin St., Apt. 4. It is a 2-bedroom apartment with 1 bath. Total rent is $650 ($325 each roommate) with gas and water included. Electric and internet are paid separately.
The apartment is right behind the library and is super close to campus side, so you can still enjoy life on campus. The apartment itself is not air-conditioned but the rooms come with AC units.
