Shadman Zafar is Citi’s Global Consumer Technology Digital Head. Shadman joined Citi in July 2017 from JPMorgan Chase, where he served as Head of Digital Products since 2014. Prior to Chase, Shadman served as Chief Digital Officer of Barclays Bank since 2012. Shadman also had an accomplished career as Chief Product Officer and Chief Information Officer with Verizon Communications.
