We will be providing black face masks for the first 50 attendees to “reverse” tie dye (bleach on black fabric) during the event. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own items to bleach during the event. While this is happening, attendees are welcomed to openly discuss diversity (or lack thereof) on or off-campus.
HOLD will be distributing information about the language of diversity and multilingual instruction sheets on tie-dying, as well as the importance of “dyes” in other cultures.
CAH will be distributing information about ways to address diversity in creative ways. (Such as chalking the Jay, creating art for the BLM movement, etc.)
