Nov. 12 @ 7 p.m. – Free Local Reading By Native Writer Tommy Orange

The Creative Writing Program at Ohio Wesleyan is pleased to celebrate the arrival of prominent Native writer, Tommy Orange, as a visiting writer at the Delaware County Public Library Orange branch location on Saturday, November 12th from 7-9pm. Any student (any major/minor) who is interested in attending this free reading is encouraged to reserve a seat for free via the Delaware County Public Library event page (https://delawarelibrary.libnet.info/event/6844797); to reserve a seat, students will need to enter their Delaware County Public Library card number, which you can sign up for free of charge using your OWU student ID at any branch location, including the Delaware branch two blocks from campus. Students should register for the event ASAP, as space is limited and seats will go quickly. In addition, any student (or staff/faculty) who is in need of a ride to the reading is encouraged to contact Professor Butcher at aebutche@owu.edu to reserve a free seat in a campus van.
