You haven’t missed the opportunity to practice yoga this semester! We start a new module on Tuesday, Oct. 14, upon returning from Fall Break. Classes are twice per week on Tuesdays & Thursdays in Edwards Gym from 12-1 p.m. (Realistically, we start at 12:10 p.m. and end right by 1 p.m.)
Open to all, we are a laid-back group that is welcoming and just needs to move intentionally with our breath twice each week. Everything you need for class is in the gym, wear clothes you are comfortable moving in (not super loose or baggy; more like workout attire). Cost: $120/session. $15/drop-in.
