Noon Yoga Starts Oct. 17

Come take a yoga break in the middle of Tuesdays and Thursdays!  The practice is hatha-based and combines Chinese Medicine, sacred geometry, and Taoism; it is a Katonah Yoga practice.  The idea is that we make shapes with our physical body and we are aware of where we are in space by using our minds, which allows us to move our breath through the pose. By weaving together our body, mind, and breath, we get our yoga practice.

All props provided. Wear clothes that allow you to move comfortably (active/fitness wear, avoid loose/baggy clothing). Edwards Gym Tuesdays & Thursdays 12-1 p.m. Oct. 17-Nov. 16 & Nov. 28-Dec. 7. Entire Session: $85; Half Session: (i.e., if you can only come on Tuesdays) $45; Drop-in Single Class: $15. Payable via cash, check, PayPal @emilyhanafin or Venmo @Emily-Hanafin
