Noon Yoga Starts Jan. 24

This class is open to ALL Faculty & Staff! Take a break from 12-1 (let’s be honest–really 12:10-1 pm) to move our bodies in ways that are nourishing, revitalizing, and restorative. In this Hatha-based yoga practice, we will combine moving our bodies, focusing our minds on the pose of the moment, and consciously breathing to weave it all together. Everything you need is in Edwards Gym: mats, blocks, straps, blankets, etc. Cost: $80 for full session of 6 weeks/12 classes. Drop in: $15.  Taught by Emily Hanafin, E-RYT200.
