Noon Yoga: Open to All Faculty & Staff

Hi, it’s me: Emily. Your friendly OWU Yoga Instructor! You’ve seen these posts so many times, and I know what you are thinking: “I eat lunch at noon,” OR “I have meetings at noon,” OR “I’ve never done yoga,” OR (my personal favorite) “I’m not flexible.”

Here are some things you should know; we have 12 p.m. class twice each week on Tuesday & Thursday in Edwards Gym (we have everything you need to practice). You can just drop in if you can’t make every class. I also offer the class on Zoom if you want to take it but the walk to the gym and back puts you in a serious time crunch. Also, we typically start at 12:10 and end right by 1 p.m. (as my afternoon class begins at 1:10).

Just show up and do however much of the practice you can do.  It may be uncomfortable at times or be incredibly joyous, however, you can give yourself a gold star for showing up and doing it.  Email me if you are interested 🙂
