Noon Yoga in Edwards Gym

Take a midday break to reset your brain and body! Hatha Yoga to strengthen and stretch the physical body plus gain the benefit of taking time just for you. πŸ™‚ Taking care of yourself like this can only improve how you feel and relate to others.

Class is every Tuesday & Thursday 12-1 p.m. in Edwards Gym from Oct. 16-Dec. 6 (excluding Thanksgiving Week.)

Cost: $85/entire session of 14 classes.
$15/drop in for a single class.
