Noon Hatha Yoga

Take a midday break to reset your brain and your body! Hatha Yoga lets you strengthen and stretch the physical body plus gain the benefit of taking time that is just for you. πŸ™‚ Taking care of yourself can only improve how you feel and relate to others.

First Module: Aug. 28 through Oct. 4, Tuesdays & Thursdays at noon, in Edwards Gym.
Cost: $75/entire session (12 classes) OR $15/drop in.
