New Document Management System is Live!

We are happy to announce that our document management system is now live. The first form available is our student Change of Schedule form. Students can complete this form to request a change to their course schedule. Faculty may receive approval notices via email if one of their students requests a change.

If you’d like to test out the system, you can log-in using the following link. Make sure to click on the OWU Logo for single sign on (not the softdocs etrieve login boxes). You can test a very simple form by navigating to Forms / Example Form. https://forms.owu.edu

More forms and workflows will be added to the system this spring semester, including the Graduation Application, OWU Connection forms, and others. Please reach out to the IS Helpdesk (helpdesk@owu.edu – 740-368-3120) with any questions.
