Qualifications: Reliable automobile to transport individuals, satisfactory driving record from the Ohio BMV with no more than 5 points or citations over 9 miles an hour. Must have a current driver’s license and
proof of current automobile insurance listing applicant as a driver on the policy with state minimum liability amounts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Socialization – living life, integrating individuals into the community, behavior supports, personal hygiene, medical appointment, budgeting, grocery shopping, and house cleaning
