March 9 @ 1 p.m. – 15 Minutes of Simple Yoga Stretches

Kick-off spring break with a brief work break on Monday, March 9. HHK’s yoga instructor Emily Hanafin will lead a 15-minute session of neck, hand and foot stretches and breathing exercises that can be incorported into your daily routine. Come as you are. No special clothing or equipment needed. 1 pm in Bashford Lounge (first floor) of Beeghly Library.
