I have a second bedroom to lease out in my apartment. I live seven minutes away from campus in a townhome apartment. Quick disclaimer, I have a cat, but she is super sweet! I’m hoping to find someone to help me finish out my lease, which ends in August. The rent would be $475, and utilities would be split 50/50, but the Wi-Fi bill would be only $20 a month.
