I have a nice 3-bedroom house off campus (closer to academic side than dorms) and am looking for one or both rooms to be filled for the coming semester.
Yard, porch, shared living space, laundry, 1 1/2 bathrooms, storage.
Rent between 2 people: $575.
Rent between 3 people: $400.
(Both include water but gas, power separate.)
Me: Very chill and laid back. Not into house rules. I just ask you to have common sense.
Study English/Botany so expect lots of house plants, books, and interesting kitchen hobbies.
You must like dogs. I have 2.
I need to find new roommates before August when my current lease is up,
the sooner the better.
