All of our positions require dependable, self-starters with strong attention to detail, solid organizational and communication skills, and an ability to maintain confidentiality. Interns should have familiarity with Excel, Word, and Google Docs, and will receive on the job training in our CRM Raiser’s Edge.

Data Integrity Intern (Legacy): This is a 6-hour-per-week position to develop a data flow process between the Admissions and Advancement Operations departments to ensure and maintain accuracy of legacy and other key constituents in our alumni database. This project will help us to better maintain and grow our relationships with OWU alumni.
Database Integration Intern (Bishop Elevate): This is an 8-hour-per-week position to support our efforts to streamline and automate our database processes to better serve our OWU alumni and parents, as well as our fundraising staff. This intern should have an understanding of databases and data integration. These efforts offer real-world opportunities to project-manage and trouble-shoot in a CRM database.
Athletic Data Intern (StAP): Do you like sports and data? This is a 6-hour-per-week position to coordinate with Advancement Operations, Alumni Engagement, and various athletics teams to help organize and document current and historical team rosters into a single database system. This data allows us to better support and engage our alumni.
